  • I took my six year old here for her birthday and really enjoyed the presentation called "Perfect Little Planet". A really neat way to introduce kids to our solar system. Projecting onto the dome is really immersive though might be a little bit of an issue for people with motion sickness. My little girl doesn't deal too well with tension so there were some bits she didn't like but that's no reflection on the movie. At the end of the show they spent a bit of time on the night sky above Brisbane and I think that was my only disappointment. I wanted to more time looking and learning about the stars and constellations. Outside there is plenty to look at with models of spacecraft, launch systems, the ISS, and a replica of Niel Armstrong's Apollo space suit. Skip the gift shop, it's mostly pretty ordinary cheap toys. We will be back.
